Support for @version header tag

Parse, save and restore scripts version by introducing a
@version header tag.
This uso tag
is very much used, as measured some time ago this year (sorry,
cannot find back a @gm-dev link to it).
This is a prerequisite to implementing script update (see #4) and
displaying script version in the script list (see #15).
