Can't scroll to the bottom of the scripts list

When the list of scripts is longer than the scripts box is high,
it is not possible to scroll all the way to the bottom.
Reproducible by resizing the manage dialog.

So because of GM issue 1086 and the GM 0.9 roadmap it appears to me that the manage dialog is being removed.
So assuming that WM is doing the same, I think we can ignore this ticket.
